Water. Any medical conditions or considerations your coach should be aware of?: I wear multifocal glasses now. Also having ‘fun’ perimenopause stage. Race A Level 2027 - really want to do - 2027 6 Foot in March And MORE A Events - how to schedule…when? - 2027 September Lonely Mountain 50km or maybe 80 - it’s still out there. - 2027 May maybe Victoria Southern Rail Trail 72 or 100km. It’s flat. But long. https://southernrailtrailrun.com.au/ - NT Australian Outback Marathon 25 July - at Uluru. ROAD ok - I probably suck at it - but I’d like to try and see, Less trip hazards? A Marathon or maybe a couple before I get too old. or maybe a half or Mara one in each state of Australia…( if I can even manage it….) 7 years goal. B Races - to get to A races NSW SMC Sept to May half maras …. For the 26/27 season A Race - could I do the full? It’s a long way… Mudgee Run Festival August 2027 or 2028 - lucky dip for Sydney Marathon And biggest crazy bucket list is August London Marathon. 2028 or 2029? Book with Travelling Fit.
